The staff were friendly and informative, always ready to assist with any request. The room service was prompt, and the housekeeping kept the rooms clean and tidy throughout our stay. The hotel also offers free bikes for guests to explore the surrounding area, which was a wonderful way to immerse ourselves in the local culture. We enjoyed the city view from our room, adding to the charm of our stay. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and we found ourselves dining there multiple times during our visit. The continental breakfast provided a great start to our days of exploration.Apple Hotel provided a pleasant stay, offering a mix of convenience and comfort. It may lack a bit in Western standards, but the genuine warmth of the staff and the authentic Vietnamese experience more than made up for it.
